Door Leaf
Double skinned door leaf, 45mm thick with a double pan construction folded and bolted with an integral anti jemmy strip, manufactured from zintec treated corrosion resistant steel. The standard door leaf is manufactured from 1.2mm thick steel, heavier duty door leafs are available made from 1.5mm & 2mm thick steel available as an option. Doors have an integral bonded dufaylite honeycombe (which provides a u-value of 2.34 w/m2k) core that give the doors great rigidity preventing them from twisting, Rock wool insulation is available as an option (u-value of 0.81 w/m2k)
Door Frame & Hinges
A minimum of 4 BS EN 1935 2002 grade 13 stainless steel hinges are fitted (6 on larger doors) a minimum of 6 no 17mm solid steel dog bolts, with a DDA compliant threshold.
Finish
The doors can be supplied with either a Grey Primer powder coat finish for site painting or with a standard powder coated coloured finish (29 stock colours to choose from) with a 3 year anti corrosion warranty. Non stock colours are available as an option in any standard RAL / BS colour.
